Inspired by The Anxious Generation How the Great Rewiring of Childhood is Causing an Epidemic of Mental Illness by Jonathan Haidt, Principal Middleton shares a 2 to 3 minute video that summarizes information in each chapter of the book in hopes that the information will prove to be useful in times of struggle. In addition to the videos, are Cat Family Challenges for each chapter that will prompt reflections and discussions around social media use in your home and on our campus.

The intent is to simply share the insights provided in the book for you in case you feel it will be helpful in navigating social media with your Cat.
